Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners


‘Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners’ was created for anyone who is new to meditation, believes that they can’t meditate, or has been unsuccessful in practicing meditation on their own for whatever reason. 

In these classes/workshops, we will spend the time reviewing the foundations of mindfulness and meditation while practicing different styles including mindfulness of breath, focused attention, movement, body scan, visualization and loving-kindness. 

My intention is to provide a low-pressure, compassionate space for learning, practice and support with the challenges that arise. The group/workshop format is informal and offers space for sharing/discussion. 

Upcoming 6-week sessions:

Tuesdays 6p-7p (online/Zoom) 2/8/2022 - 3/15/2022

Cost: $40/class or $200/6-week session
